Communities
Rancho Santa Margarita publishes its own association boundaries in two layers, one for local associations and one for masters. These fifty guides are built from those polygons, clipped locally against the city's address, parcel, general plan, zoning, hazard and school district layers. The city is served by two school districts, so district is measured against each boundary rather than assumed.
Communities Map50 of 50 guides are published. A guide goes live only once it carries verified neighborhood data, so the rest are shown here without links rather than as empty pages.
