Lake Forest neighborhoods

Lake Forest files its neighborhoods with the city as homeowner associations, and the city publishes the boundaries. Every community below is one of those published polygons, used exactly as the city draws it, with its acreage, homes, parcels, land use, parks, lakes and pools measured against it. The register holds 89 named entries and 50 are here. Pacific Commercentre is left out because the city's own register marks it a business association and the city address layer records no home inside it, and 37 smaller entries sit behind the fifty-community cap. The city's association layer also carries management company names, contact names, telephone numbers and email addresses. Those are never published here.
