Overview
About Fashion Walk
Fashion Walk covers 6.5 acres on West Las Lomas Drive. The city's association register records 90 units and its address layer carries exactly 90 addresses inside the boundary, every one of them typed Condominium or Townhome, which makes it one of the few La Habra associations where the two counts agree exactly. City zoning puts 6.4 of the acres under Limited Multi-Unit Dwelling and the community is filed across two parcels.
The boundary sits against Vin Scully Centennial Park, 13.85 acres on Las Lomas Drive carrying a playground, a basketball court, three pickleball courts, a gazebo, outdoor fitness equipment and separate large and small dog parks. Corona Park is 0.41 miles off and Loma Verde Park 0.45 miles. The community feeds Las Positas Elementary, Imperial Middle and La Habra High.

How Fashion Walk was built
Fashion Walk was built in 1976, 90 townhomes across 6.5 acres of West Las Lomas Drive, and it borrowed the name of La Habra Fashion Square the way Fashion Knolls had five years earlier a short distance along the same street.
Bullock's closed in 1992 and was demolished, and what stands there now is the open air La Habra Marketplace. The names on the two condominium communities outlived the mall that gave them to the neighborhood. Las Lomas, the street both sit on, is Spanish for the hills.
