How Windsor Village North was built
The houses are all one generation. Almost every home inside the boundary went up in the 1960s, when Santa Ana was climbing from 100,350 residents to 156,601 and the beans, walnuts and oranges that had been the valley's staple crops were giving way to subdivisions.
The interior streets follow the same naming habit as Windsor Village to the south. Arapaho, Huron, Mohawk, Shawnee and Nakoma run through both neighborhoods, and Aztec Circle and Yuma Circle join them here.
