Communities

Newport Coast neighborhoods

Newport Coast is part of the City of Newport Beach, and the city draws its community associations on a layer of its own. Thirty of the 161 associations on that layer sit in Newport Coast, Newport Ridge, Crystal Cove, Pacific Ridge, Pelican Point and Ziani, and twenty eight of them have a guide here, built from that association’s own polygon clipped against the city and county record. The two left out are Newport Ridge Apartments and Bordeaux Apartments: the eleven city parcels under each are held by a single owner, so both are rental apartment complexes rather than communities of separately owned homes.
